Brazil's SLASHER Taps Producer TUE MADSEN For New Single

Brazilian thrashers SLASHER have tapped Tue Madsen (HALFORD, DARK TRANQUILLITY, VADER, BEHEMOTH, KATAKLYSM) to produce their new single, "Overcome", at his Antfarm Studio in Aarhus, Denmark. The session will take place in January 2013 and will mark the recording debut of the band's new singer, Skeeter.

Commented SLASHER guitarist Lúcio Nunes: "We looked for and analyzed a lot of producers all over the globe. It was a difficult choice because there is a lot of talented people out there. We believe we have taken the right decision and we are quite positive that we're going to have high-quality material in hands!"

SLASHER is currently working on the follow-up to 2011's "Pray For The Dead", entitled "Katharsis", for a tentative mid-2013 release. The cover artwork will be revealed soon.
